Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary and emergencies do happen.
Please understand that guests on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services if we can’t give them enough notice to fill that appointment time. If you must cancel your appointment time, by giving the maximum notice possible prior to your appointment, you also help clients on my waiting list receive the services they’ve been waiting for. Cancelation fee is 50% of your booked service. NO-Show is considered a cancellation. This charge can not be transferred to a future service.
